Another hangup is say "the solutions we are developing" mixed together with "our solutions". Its difficult to tell when he is speaking about what is being developed and what is currently developed. It seems convenient to mix the words around so it sounds like the technology already works. So that makes three hangups if you include the Pharmaprix grand announcement of an roll out that never happened.
