wow i own both stock  bought visn at .05 one month ago  not profitable now but very good asset i see what jeff is seing binovi could become a major player .

If you do the math on the 2 companies float and the deal proposed I come up with this will make PWR worth .11c/sh which is getting close to its NAV.
