In a post on GRB  bullboard, Jeff mentioned that PWR will be lucky to recieve 25% of the proceeds from Sage as PWR will not be able to cover the costs agreed to recieve them. Potentially PWR will ...more

  Lets get the development fully approved first before we talk about building. They cant even move the dirt around yet.   Hopefully August 2nd is the last hurdle.

Planning Commission votes 4 to 1 to approve Sage Ranch All ... Long meeting.  City Staff did an awesome job. US Air Force guy was awesome Final Vote.   4 to 1 in favor.  Sage ...more

Jeff said he will buy 1 million shares of GRB in 30 days after approval.This could be the reason as recent past trading volume is around 25,000 shares.

Yeah, I'm confused about this too.  Why is C.PWR trading down while V.GRB has spiked ~25 to 30% the last few days? Is there an arbitrage opportunity with C.PWR?
