(1) previous one is only a letter from the chairman of the union.  now PWR has a formal contract.
(2) previous one is for selling product to 380,000 members, now it's for the broader 1.2 Million member Union Federation.
(3) We have an idea how big it is now.  $140million USD ($187million CAD) revenue per year, 40% profit margin.  

I believe this is just a beginning and Captiva Verde may have a chance to dominate Mexican market in the future.
