Jeff I would like to thank you from an original Arrowhead Water and VEG shareholder. I have never heard a CEO dividend out a defunct company (1 old share into 1 new share) into a new company without screwing shareholders. I hope you can continue to add value to Captiva and make it into a billion dollar company. david.

I agree Jeff is a great CEO and the future is bright etc.    But this news is known to us, maybe it stirs the broader market now that they put a $142 million figure on it, but this deal was part of my desire to buy in in the first place. Not sure how this will impact, but its definitely not a bad thing

Billy:  Well,  there are huge difference between the previous press release and latest news.   (1) previous one is only a letter from the chairman of the union.  now PWR has a formal contract. (2) previous one is for selling product to 380,000 members, now it's for the broader 1.2 Million member Union Federation. (3) We have an idea how big it is now.
