RE:CFO Lichtenwald replaced. That’s good news

RE:CFO Lichtenwald replaced. That’s good newsIf there was evidence to charge him they would have done so.     And the law reads innocent until proven guilty.      How can anyone be sure it was not Constintine who tipped of the security people ?   As you said He as CFO was in a position of knowledge yet never got charged.     He left the company after the fiasco got resolved.

It appears to me he could just as easily been the informant as he could have been a participant.    Viewing all the circumstances being as he was an insider who was interrogated but never charged the evidence is in favor of him being a source of significant information for the prosecution.      Constintine has been involved with many other companies with no indication of questionable character.

I don't like slandering a person on pure speculation not backed with hard evidence.  John Kennedy had known associations with the Mafia.   Did that make him a bad President ?  No he was actually one of the greats.
