well couldnt resist... sold my TXP and put an order in at 10... surprisingly got filled.  Of course you can't get out when you want, but a nice 'safe' place to park some money and get 5% dividend.... hopefully someday we get bought out close to NAV.

We get next financials reported next month. If Biden wins the election and they post good financials for next quarter this thing could absolutely boom.

I would put the chance at trump winning the election at about 10%. I also doubt that Biden winning would change anything for federal cannabis regulation. Joe Rogan has no political power so where he lives means little. What is promising is that more than 70% of all Americans think cannabis should legalized and regulated llike alcohol in every poll taken.
