RE:RE:Almost June, No News, Time for a Generic E-mail To Rockcliff Well Martyboss I don't know what to think. It does surprise me that no activity may be happening at Bur at this time. Rockcliff shareholders are all probably wondering the very same thing! The company does have all Summer to get things going. But Summers are short up north in Snow Lake. So they should get at it as soon as possible!
We really can't speculate about any drilling results. But management needs to be more transparent. Shareholders should at least be told that the company has not yet received the results from the assay office, if this is really the case.
A updated press release is essential to retain investor confidence and regain some better investor enthusiasm.
Since Ken Lappierre hasn't replied to any of my e-mails lately, and after hearing your remarks about the lack of activity at Bur, I decided to try and contact derek at Olive Resource Capital. Those folks sit on the Rockcliff board, I do believe.

I understand that your company sits on the Board of Rockcliff Metals. Ken Lapierre has not been answering his e-mails regarding the Winter drilling campaign or this Summer's exploration program at Bur.
With the rumor mill being what it is, could you help address this issue on behalf of Rockcliff shareholders of whom your company is also one?
It has been speculated that the Bur property is locked up solid, by a firsthand witness living in Snow Lake. Is this true? If so, what does this mean? Is there no exploration program in the works there at this time? Will it commence soon, but at a later date?
Is the company facing some serious financial issues or some other management crisis that shareholders need to be informed about? Or is some important financial or M&A deal in the works?
Why this secrecy from Rockcliff management? Has Ken Lapierre been replaced? Especially now that all shareholders know that he may have been deceitful about the anticipated drilling at Pennex during the latest Winter exploration program, is the latest Bur drilling program, now also suspect as a legitimate exploration exercise? Have any assays been returned as of yet? If they have been returned, are they too poor to report? Ken Lapierre had stated to me in a past e-mail that all drilling results, good or bad, must be reported in a press release, as a fiduciary responsibility of the company.
We Rockcliff shareholders need these matters addressed immediately in a timely press release. Otherwise, the recent selling spate may become quite intense! And who could blame us?
Ken Lapierre always puts the blame on penny flippers and difficult market conditions for the ridiculously low share price. Perhaps he should just have looked in a mirror for the best person to blame? It's no wonder he prefers not to openly, promote the company. This is a disgrace!
Disinformation is no shareholders friend. But when the company has been unusually quiet, then shareholders may suspect that something is really amiss!
It's time to clear all of these matters up, once and for all!
Truth is of the utmost importance. Everyone needs to know what it is!
It's a pity when there is only the Stock House forum to ask openly about the facts.
But only Rockcliff Metals, the company, knows all of the truth!
