This MC is so low compared to the others and looks like everyone is ignoring MC and just looking at share price? They also have the biggest claims?

Not necessarily the biggest claims, but they hold the most claim blocks at three, and more significantly, all are adjoining to SIC's.  Also, they were able to get them at quite a discount to what's being paid lately.  Some companies are now paying over a million for properties 5km + away.  Give credit to PIvit's management for hitting the ground early, making contacts ...more
