Then announce he is going to drill and the sticks pops to wherever. 50 cents could be easy though. Do  a pp for 20 million shares put 10 mill in the till. Drill a bit more and so on . Follow the Gbr model. 10 million would be lots to drill with. Seems too simple I know but this low float is the key!
