Sure. I know nothing . However, the CEO indicated a few weeks ago in a video that the company with the NDA was going to do an onsite visit. Bill Powers of MiningStockEducation did an onsite visit last week and is releasing a video on Tuesday apparently, of the operations. If we do not get an operational update before Tuesday Indicating how close we are to full production I think it is farcical

Agree 100%.  I have the exact same concerns as you do.  The delays and lack of progress reports make me a very nervous investor.

There is nothing to report, and a utility hooking up a gas line is not a milestone, it's just the end of a delay which does not affect the value. That delay just affects impatient people so they complain. The only useful news will be if the plant works or it doesn't, which you will find out on the day Greg knows.

Well well well, what do we have here, all the milestones have been a success except the 2.5 tons to process per day! I'm confident they will achieve that too, congratulations to everyone at Davis and Regenx, nice to see their hard work come to fruition, and a CEO who is competent delivering to the shareholders. Great recoveries, the key to unlock value is commercial scalability.......2.5 tpd, then we have their hard work coming to fruition.. Who knows, like the news on recoveries, we may get an upside surprise on the tonnage....

Greg had previously indicated that they were going to use lower grade CCs for the commissioning and production ramp-up. In the press release today, it was very good news that not only did they exceed in the recovery rates, but he further indicated that lower grade materials were more difficult to obtain higher recovery rates in the lab.
