Why the discount?

RWB closed the deal with High Times for 1.50$cdn/share. Why is this stock at trading at .95 ? Any thoughts?

I would guess that with the long protracted halt the extra selling pressure brought her down a bit. But volume was good today and I'm looking forward to seeing this okay out . No reason in my mind this shouldn't be trading much higher. Guess some lucky folks got a buying opportunity today . GLTA

The deal is to be closed on Tuesday June 9. This is normal market reaction with name change, this deal & US marketing plan. With time this SP will go back up. It's the best time to buy....
