There’s a lack of North American produced lithium on the market as in the US alone, there’s only 1 active lithium mine accounting for a small portion of global production despite NA having some of the largest deposits across the globe. With lithium being in high demand from car manufacturers, domestically produced lithium is only becoming more important as the EV industry booms and demand increases.

Remember the one operational mine in the US I talked about above, that’s located in Clayton Valley, Nevada which also happens to be where SCV has focused their projects.
- They 100% own 9,540 acres located in Clayton Valley. The Highlands West project is directly adjacent to Albermarle’s Silver Peak mine and Pure Energy’s project, and the Macallan East which is also located in the valley and just 4 hours away from Tesla’s Nevada gigafactory.
- Additionally they hold 5,360 acres in Jackson Valley, a neighbouring valley that is similar to Clayton as a relatively closed area basin.

Overall, with their projects being in such promising locations surrounded by projects and mines that have already proven themselves to be host of significant lithium potential for production, the current $12M market cap is something to keep an eye on.
