Something is definitely up. They raised the pp very easily, I have a feeling Mark Jarvis wants to focus on Giga metals. But is now the right time to sell? It could be the right time to merge.

Remember Shp has 70 million in write offs. That has to be worth a lot.

What a stupid idea to go private or sell out. Stockholders bought into this stock based on Mark Jarvis prior experience and not to sell out or go private at under .10 a share American.

I think a merge is not out of question, going private I don't understand. We need the flow rate results and start drilling. I don't understand why we are not tapping into the primary zone. Rigs are still working. The rate of covid is going up but the deaths are going down. More testing I'm guessing is the reason
