I believe he is scared now becuase of the number of votes going against him. There is also rumors going around that his son may be investigated by police for making threats to shareholders to get votes. how desparate?
If the company can survive for many years under this clown, I am sure it can survive and thive under the new management.
The Sharehodlers Meeting is taking place. This clown has no power in law to stop it. He is only trying his best to confuse and scare innocent shareholders.
Couple of days ago he told one of his employees that he is going to cause big explosion. Well it miss fired becuase no one got scared. Voting even picked up a more momentum. He is loosing big way that he never thought. What I am told that his daughter and son are trying to kill this company to open up a new one. Loosers will loose.
