FORMER CEO HAS GONE CRAZY - here is why?

Fired company’s CFO but still wants to file financial statement

Refused to accept funds when offered by shareholders but has full intention to raise money

Interested to continue the operations while filing for bankruptcy at the same time
Attended Star office to enter while did not pay for the rent
Emptied his office for the fear of lockout by the landlord but now wants to get back in badly

When police told him that he can not enter the Star office, he sat in the parking lot all day hoping someone will let him in

Did not pay employees for the past 5 months and now wants to lead them
Has lost control and got kicked out but still putting out press releases pretending to be the CEO
Interested in holding the meeting while denying the one that happened on Dec 11^th with 99% votes against him
Did not pay the office rent while promising to hold a shareholders’ meeting in March
