Court Injunction Denied - Former CEO depressedToday commercial court has denied a court injunction that the Former CEO tried to obtain to overturn the results of the election and remove the new board.

Court has said that incompetent former CEO can not be allowed back.  

It is very good news to the company and for the shareholders.   New Board is confirmed by the court and has control of the management of the company.
