Mr Jean-Louis Lamar On or about October 16, 2020, Mr. Jean-Louis Larmor, the Company’s former interim Chief Executive Officer, and Vice-President, Corporate Development filed various complaints against the Company and its subsidiary, Star-Isoneo Inc., including a monetary complaint for amounts owed to Mr. Larmor, a prohibited practice (in accordance with Article 122 of the Act Respecting Labour Standards), and a dismissal without just and sufficient cause (in accordance with Article 124 of the Act Respecting Labour Standards). At this stage, it is the opinion of the Company’s legal counsel that it is not possible to assess the amount of money that these claims represent until further details regarding the amount claimed have been provided by CNESST. With respect to the complaints for prohibited practice and of dismissal, if Mr. Larmor’s complaint were to be accepted by the tribunal, he would be entitled to full retroactive salary between the date of his reinstatement and the date of his termination of employment, in addition to other potential damages.
