the rules for both exchanges are similar, no operations related to cannabis in the US. If you watched the BNN interview yesterday with Bill Linton, he strongly indicated that he was not interested in acquiring any cannabis companies with operations in Canada. Valuations are too high and the amount of time/money associated with aligning with their product lines, leaves no practical business case. his acquisition targets would be in other markets. With the trial run of Canopy product in the Okanagan site, and established presence of duplicate facility in California, one bet for me is for this partnership as a strong potential if Sunniva executes it's plan in conjunction with pending descheduling of cannabis in the US. These two combined would fetch a high valuation as a takeover. Just pondering long term plays.
