The 5.27 price is definitely hard to swallow for current holders. On the flip side, the float is still extraordinarily low and the pp adds just a couple million shares, while shoring up the shortterm capital needs for current buildouts until the CAD financing and spinout are finalized. After a probable pullback on the news, I actually see this potentially removing the overhang on the stock. Just my take.
