@Sunrize, thanks for posting this. If I wasn't clear, the misguidance and lack of guidance on the financing has been unsatisfactory, I agree with Alan. Once they realized it wouldn't happen by the end of June, investors should have been updated at that time. Ted has been missing on his timelines consistently as well which has led retail investors into short selling traps, etc. Either Holler or Pederson has got to get out there and tell the industry what they are up to along with their financial expectations. If I didn't see the imminent opportunity in California looking squarely at Sunniva, I would have moved along here.
