RE:RE:RE:NEWS OUT- SNN is the BIG player of USWell I believe it is a work in progress, as they obviously have no product yet to supply these extraction contracts and from what I can gleen from the press releases regarding each contract, they are not all the same. PureOrganix is only taking care of the branding and distribution for this 1-2 year contract. The High Hampton (Caligold) contract is aligned as you say from what I can gather. Remember these are term contracts ( 1year) and it would be a prudent assumption that Sunniva would want to supply the raw material as well until they reach their production capacity.
Another point, if you look at the PureOrganix press release they state that their strategy is to be on shelves in Canada and international markets in 2019. It would make sense to me (they have no Canadian operations) that they have or will have an additional full service white label contract with the Okanagan facility to supply these additional markets. These looks to be a strategic way for California brands, such as PureOrganix, to penetrate other markets and a competitve advantage with leverage for Sunniva. This part is just an advanced storyline, but it seems to me the opportunity is there.
