no one trusts anyone that has or had any affiliation with this company. Andy defrancesco, serruya , brady Cobb, all crooks. This is just a shell company with no real assets and tons of good will with other companies they own. There are a bunch of liabilities that will eventually dilute this if deals dont go thru such as harvest and verano, I belive.
