Thanks for all the info Thor, and Jasper. Based on your numbers I have : Verano value: 465 m Cdn  approx. Other holdings: 57m Cdn approx. less debt and taxes: 60 m approx. Net equal approx. 460 m Cdn divided by approx 61.5 m shares incl. escrow, = 7.48 per share value currently. So when Verano goes public, and if the share price x os shares goes above the 2.88 B US valuation, this should push

This is being priced so that when it goes public...listed in January it will lift towards its peers...your numbers are bang on...big question is...what does SOL do with it..and what is the holding company discount...if you get $ 6.00 take it
