I'm sure the 40 day quote by HC has been the boiler plate response for approvals in the past without pandemic issues surrounding it.. so I believe they are referencing 40 working days IMHO.. because really if the urgency was real (which it is) as long as the science is accurate (?) this test should have been cleared long ago.. now if there are glitches in manufacturing and QC this could delay approval and I wouldn't be surprised to hear that there are glitches in manufacturing..!
