The problem in most cases is not the test. But the sampling, prep and non lab environment. The test has gone through the hoops and it works. Just like SONAs test .

They probably had to do it because the FDA already approved it and it was in queue before Sona and Quidel but with saying all that it doesn't mean that their EUA can't be rovoked if their test is sub standard. If it's anything like the first quidel fiasco BD will investigate themselves and find no problem with their test. Lol
