It means SONA is posting BS for their reason to pull out of the HC applaication.

SONA is not telling the whole story on why the virus is heat treated or in the Case of the example
from the FDA EUA for AccessBIo they call it using heat-inactivated SARS-CoV-2 isolate.

Obviously the heat is going to inactivate the Virus. Is only part of the story on why it is done.
