I dont think you understand the law.

If the lawsuit proceeds and is successful. The Federal Government has the right to criinally charge for fraud/ misleading investors ect. ,If charged criminally. jail time is very possible.

Plan and simple, FRAUD if convicted is a Criminal offense.....just ask Bernie Madoff.

I would be surprised if you know who Bernie Madoff is...you should google him....their is a great movie made of Bernie Madoff last year...you should watch it.
