This company does have the CE mark and can sell in Every EU country plus the U.K. second most of the major countries around the world are going wild for Antigen tests including most medium and large companies in all areas of business. The only question is, will this company sell their tests? We do not know at present if they have sold even one.

It doesn't happen like that. These are class action law suits they go after the assets of the company, the BOD and executives. Most of the time the company these people go after end up with nothing and sometimes delist. On occasion you see once in a while one comes out of the ashes the stock roars up the law suits are dropped and everything is all rosy again. In my opinion this company has a

 First U need to know what they are selling for.  Even at  EU $20  it will cost more than a Real CV19 diagnostic test  approved to sell around the world. EU buyers know when they buy a China CV19 test they know it has been used in China already. Sona test has not been used anywhere to date  in large numbers.. I dont think you understand the law. If the lawsuit proceeds and is successful.  The Federal Government has the right to criinally charge for fraud/ misleading investors ect.  ,If charged criminally. jail time is very possible.  Plan and simple, FRAUD if convicted is a Criminal offense.....just ask Bernie Madoff.   I would be surprised if you know who Bernie Madoff is.

Dart. You sure changed your tone quickly. CE approval happened almost 4 weeks ago. Not a huge amount of time in the business world. Then you are worried about these ridiculous lawsuits from US lawyer companies that do this for a living, throwing something at a wall and hoping something sticks.
