learning is what it is all about......I for a couple of years went with passion and excitement, not knowing how it works.....
Now, I follow the trending lines....?
The tops, the price of the stock got to.... and the bottoms the stock went to on the down...
I go back 6 months and draw a line through those and into the future to see, at what price point the buyers and sellers agree......what the base price for that stock should be, based on what the company is doing.....
Then I wait and watch for rapid activity, this tells me that high interest has made the PP active, and no press release, have been given out by the company........then I buy.
Why, because, I know by the volume trading that insiders have got news and are buying.....
simple rule, and I follow it, no passion or love for the stop....
I have done enough DD on SPMT to know that there is no intention to do anything but ride the coat-tails of neighbouring companies hard work and successes....
