that 70mill shares will be given at .025cents... Wouldn't that just drop the current price back down

Maybe...maybe not, the market is a strange beast. If the company comes up with a news release next week about operational developments....then this will be interesting which way it goes

They are clearing debt off the books. Look at it as a good thing. Also keep in mind insiders bought about 16 million shares at the beginning of February. Something is brewing here for sure. Buy what you are comfortable with...grab some popcorn and watch the show!

I agree but why did they pay back dept at a share price of 0.025 a share if the shares are being traded higher?
