Hawk, you obviously don't know how to win an argument. Simply repeating the same statement (which has already been addressed) without any supporting evidence does not validate your point. Reminds me of a certain political leader haha

For your information, it operates via a simple joint venture agreement whereby each company contributes assets to the joint venture. The joint venture NEVER owns any of those assets contributed..unless they are in fact jointly purchased. So it is absolutely normal business practice for MH to own the TM...it in no way signals their annoyance with SPR as you assert.

You keep harping on independent testing. Step back and look at the big picture.

MH has had a long time to play with the formulation and run limited lots for testing. If it does not do what it is supposed to, do you think they would still be a JV partner? Do you think they would still be saying that the product is coming and that they are working diligently to get the product to market?

So...three more of your questions dealt with with reasonable explanations or a simple telling of the truth.
