I want to look at some examples??? Somewhat Confusingany help would be appreciated.

.19X8=1.52
.185X8=1.48
.18X8=1.44
.175X8=1.40
.17X8=1.36

The pro-forma price of ZEU, varies from 1.36 to 1.52.

Will the market price of ZEU be more or less than this range. I think that the initial price of ZEU will probably be 1.00 and will need a lot future business explanations, inluding what the current scope will be.

So that we could see that it is cheaper to buy in the open market, and sell your SX shares now.

I have been disgussing this with a lot of individuals, with varying opinions. We have not had a clear release of news and we have to make a lot of asssumptions. Why all this secretcy, we have such an opportunity, and yet our managers are hiding behind an iron curtain, WHY??
