Looks like they didn&#39;t make the May 2, 2022 deadline to file their financial statements.&nbsp; Is there another halt coming?<br /> <br />  LJ

Probably not. IIROC and the CSE are asleep at the switch. In looking at Sedar, they published unaudited statements for the 12 months ended December 31, 2021 on February 28, 2022.  How do they get away without doing an audit?  Very strange.   LJ

The filing delinquency continues.  They haven't filed the first quarter statements.  How are these guys allowed to continue to trade?   LJ

They changed Auditors and the year end date to March 31st. Ya'll must have missed the memo.
