I believe you're bang on the money Bigstacks - I also don't believe that PM 'was stupid and didnt' bother protecting the slogan".  No way a company as large and experienced as Philip Morris let that slip through the cracks.  So their either in on it, or lobbing big tobacco warning shots over the fence to TAAT.
