Does anyone know....

if TAAT can sell their product during this time of not having an exchange listing?  Since Molori acquired both TAAT and True Toke (and has now changed its name to TAAT),
I do know it is still listed as a public company and doing filings on SEDAR, but both TAAT and True Toke were private companies and the only one public that i am aware of was Molori Energy.

So, it both TAAT and True Toke were selling products thru their private entities, then i wonder if they are continuing to sell products as a public reporting company now, at this time, during this period of not having a listing for us to be able to trade our shares?

I ask because if TAAT has been able to sell products during this time of trading blackout then we ought to see  at least some revenue reported in their second quarter earnings report filing because the acquisitions were completed by that time i believe.

This is getting to be BS and Joel has to know it... he cannot be allowed to hold our shares and not let us trade if they are doing business and keeping us in the dark.

I am not sure this guy really knows wtf he's doing here.My patience is running out.
There are certain legal paths that can be persued because a company cannot be allowed to seize publicly owned shares and just hang onto them without keeping the shareholders informed. My shares are MY shares... not his. If he wants to buy them from me i'll sell them at a reasonable price of $1.25 apeice.. then he could do what he wants with them.
But in the meantime, IF they are conducting business and generating income and not allowing us to trade.. that cannot be legal..imo.. no way.

There,, i spoke my piece. Don't know if Joel reads these boards but if he does he should be able to deduct that some of us are getting pretty PO'd with his leadership and foot dragging. We were told that they expected to have everything completed by April 30th.. now it is June.. still no word.

ok.. ok so i came across as kinda flipping out last night but there comes a time when bs crosses a line for some of us at different times. However it is not right for me to sow discord here, particularly if i am the only one complaining about this freaking nonsense. So.. apologies to the board i guess.. will just have to wait longer to find out when a listing is acquired and trading begins again ...more
