RE:RE:why is the sp paralyzed.. we should be in the 50's and hold maybe so, but if the institutions are still on the side it doesn't matter what traders do.i believe if the data is good wehen we're in full production and we know exactly what we have, the institutions should jump in especially fund managers. but i guess until then its stand still. glta
