Trillion's website has a clear, unambiguous detail of the  Share structure here:  https://trillionenergy.com/investors/ The only thing they missed was mentioning the 38%  Institutional Ownership, but that can be confirmed at Barchart.com.   38% Institutional for a Company at  this stage of its progress is unheard of.  Unless the  Company is Trillion...

Why would institutions buy a PENNY STOCK....because Art has laid out a clear plan for the next few years 6 wells 17 in TOTAL....then the OIL play 10 wells to be drille that's the deal made 10 must be drilled...chances are pretty HIGH one out of 10 will be a GIANT SUCCESS....I like Trillion energy and Art....once the market responds more POSITIVELY I'll be back in...show me the BLACK GOLD

Don't get too excited seeing the term Institutional investors...these are accredited individuals with a net worth of over $1mm plus in assets, excluding real estate assets...and these are the type of inviduals that do these private placements with penny stocks and are classed as institutions....

This is either a recent change in reporting requirements and standards that I'm unaware of, or just making it up. I've purchased private placements as an accredited investor. My holdings were not included as "institutional " holdings. Who do you think defines what a "institutional " shareholder is? Hint, it's not you or me. It's not an exchange or securities

I'll presume those are just rhetorical questions;  need I remind  you this is The Chief Prevaricator?  For whom no lie will be too big to tell they won't try, anyway?  Of course they're making it up as they go along. Their visceral, hatred-consumed envy of Art, the BoD, and Trillion itself make it impossible for them to face any sort of truth about Trillion
