Yes, may just do that today or by end of this week. Volume as slowed down, now entering a dormant period, with declining prices day after day...then it hits (fear) the many shareholders that paid .58 cents two days ago and the ones that managed to get in with those lows in the .30 cents and they now evaluate their position and may decide to exit as well, with PROFITS...as they should do ...more

could but i don`t see this a penny stock for much longer.Tax loss selling came early to TCF and yes what you said landed makes sense to, but there is a sayen ...things are over done....i think that this now applies to TCF imo.
