First tranche was supposed to be closed yesterday 2nd maybe third after that. Yes 10 mil for the first 2 wells another 10 mil for future work.

No first tranche closed yet. Hopefully they can raise the funds. This is the first two wells they will need to do another financing at some point. They need 20 mil for future work. Art plans to use the revenue to help.
