Preliminary DISCUSSIONS....Lets see WHAT they ratify, Seen these type of announced partnerships many times...many end up with no interest and / or no final agreement. While news is welcomed and good,...would have thought they would have farmed out Bulgaria (Vranino) long time ago. Im sure they tried very hard. Now they may have someone of interest. Key will be what they finalize, if anything...how deal is structured with the FARMOUT and the $ amount for this gas company to spend and earn rights and ownership the project over a specificed period. Will TCF have to participate equally or partially with them on the initial drilling costs. Everything is still in very very early stages in my opinion. We may not hear anything for months and months and possibly nothing on this if no deal as been finalized and talks end. This announcement, while positive will not move the share price unfortunately....Next weeks drill results, which is more imminent may provide some uplift for share price....but after that, as usual may fall back to these same levels..JMO
