$TELE.CN acquires Community Case Management Services, LLC! $TELE.CN announced that through its subsidiary, Care by Calling Dr, LLC, they have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the outstanding equity of Community Case Management Services, LLC (CCMS).
CCMS assists in the treatment of a wide variety of mental health, emotional health, and behavioural concerns and provides intensive, professional, and effective therapeutic services. CCMS serves over 20,000 patients annually through 63 care providers, including 26 case managers and 15 licensed physicians.
Telecure has really been pushing the envelope to build better, efficient and more accessible health care systems. This will only further that agenda, really invested in seeing the results of this new acquisition. CCMS has an intensive outpatient program, this could really propel Telecure's reach.
