According to the deal between TFS and Canntab, Canntab wasn't interested in any assets that TFS had. TFS created these 7 Spin off companies and their shares to be distributed to current shareholders. If these companies get listed on an exchange then you'll be able to trade (buy or sell) as any other equity. In a nutshell, if the deal goes through tomorrow, you will own shares in Canntab and shares in 7 other companies.
