RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Low-Ball Takeout by SSRMI don’t remember that deal - but big gains like that aren’t uncommon with takeovers.  Call me crazy, but a 36 percent rise from depressed levels isn’t positive for shareholders.  Why are the insiders so enthusiastic about this offer?  Is all cash so important that they are willing to accept such a low offer?  Don’t get it.
