How to buy TGIF for US investor

How to buy TGIF for US investorI am a US based investor and it is very hard for me to buy this shares, huge difference between the bid and ask price on the otc market. I have fidelity that trades the canadian market but they will not allow me to buy stock on the CSE exchange. They said it is a lower tier exchange in Canada. Anyone here know a good broker in canada that will allow us citizen to open an account with. I have been buying this shares under vpgdf at the otc market. Another thing is that the company need to promote this stock to us based investor to get better liquidity in the us market. Good luck to all.
