Geist has offers to buy that mgt is considering but they also want the best leaseback terms so are weighing options carefully
Spire
at present Spire has been more helpful in house than generating income. Brayden said Spire's DD has saved 1933 millions in potential wasted money on valueless companies they have considered investing in. Spire is also helping 1933 to navigate the the myriad of laws that each US state has. Apparently announcements are forthcoming from Spire over the next few months.
