One cool thing about NY is smokeable cannabis isn't even allowed, if I'm not mistaken, on a medical level. II recall Jeff & Bruce both saying this on the Midas Letter earlier this year. But it's not even legal on a rec basis yet, so there's another reason why Nevada is more likely the next target, they can sell beverages across the state today if they wanted to.
