If it is Sell in May and go away Sneaky then we will be able to buy TNY at 5 cents this summer
Would any big news move the stock anyway right now
Q4 coming out soon then Q1 and i dont expect either to be great
Q2 should be much much better from all the Nrs of co-packers and canadian distro and becketts
Until then wed need some major news to move the sp anywhere

The advance transaction is "not involving an issuance or potential issuance of a listed security". So no new shares will be issued from it.

That is a good thing, its just frustrating to see the sp continue to move down on so much progress. All our drinks will be coming out this summer and were only two weeks away from the Mystic Dove launch on Ontario. Hopefully AB and BC distro dates by end of May or sooner. GB

No new shares issued, but the company now has debt, and probably a very high interest rate, disclosure will be in a couple of weeks most likely

Yes! That is the point to lending money. Do you think he is doing it for free. What do you think the rate is then? I think it will be roughly 8%
