I am bullish and own TOC, however I just received a reminder about the closing of the PP via the company's mailing list. Looks like they are having a hard time filling it, but I may be mistaken.

As per the CEO posting on the ceo.ca board Tocvan expects to close the placement next week. I anticipate the news will be accompanied by exploration plans in April. Exciting times. Need to be patient with this one.

Beluga, thanks for the update and your comments. Clearly not much is going to happen until the PP closes. TOC is a very thin stock that has been under accumulation for quite some time now. Drilling in April is going to be exciting. I agree, patience is going to be needed but just think what patience has taken us thus far, the share price was sub $0.20 way back in June/July when they financed at ...more

OOPS.... I spoke too soon, someone is getting out and selling down into the $0.40, hopefully they clean this up. I wonder if the financing is in trouble, it has been a long time and there isn't much support on the buy side to get this done. Tough market out there. Let's see what happens by the end of the day.
