Management is building a company and they actively putting the pieces together for a stable revenue positive company. They will decide how to allocate the funds in the bank. Then when news is ready or there is big material news the stock will move higher on big volume and the shorties will get burned. Risky game shorting this stock from here your gain is 28 cents chump change, but for us longs the sky is the limit. even trading the pattern is risky as you never know when news comes out and stock is halted with big news.
